We get that there’s a lot of fitness programs and services out there to choose from, especially in this new pandemic era. The competition can be overwhelming with services ranging from free to just give us your money. At SF Hills & Drills, we make fitness training and exercising fun, safe and educational with results.
SF Hills & Drills was established in 2008 by independent fitness professionals with well over 35 years of expertise and experience in the fields of strength training, core stability and injury prevention. Our programs and services are designed to accommodate your company employees, executives and individual (general population) needs, because your success is our goal.
SF Hills & Drills Boot Camps and Core Fit Training is completely different than working out in a gym. Most of the camps are conducted outdoors, indoors or online (via Zoom), using the city's turf, office space or home gyms to accomplish our mission. Our fitness programs incorporate team building awareness drills along with exercises that will improve your overall core strength, flexibility, reduce retention and increase creativity. The types of camps that we offer are General Population Boot Camps, Corporate Fitness Boot Camps, Executive Retreats, Secret Camps (pre - wedding workouts, small groups or office challenges) and One On One Personal Training.
Our Camps and Training run mostly all year long. So, there's not need to wait for the next session to get you signed up and ready to go. This is a great experience for beginners ( just starting out) or the advanced fitness buff, wanting to step up their fitness conditioning game. Depending on your choice of service, you'll meet others with similar goals and fitness levels.
Our Instructors / Trainers are here to help keep you motivated and on point towards producing the results you’re looking for in your workouts. One of the best highlights of our services is that we will come to you (virtually or in person), and training the way you want to play is a great way to start. With SF Hills & Drills we'll keep the spotlight on you. Our Classes and Training is structured to make your fitness conditioning a lifestyle of good health, longevity and successes.
