A fitness boot camp is the type of exercise that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training.  These workouts are designed to build strength, endurance and over all core fitness through a variety of challenging exercise routines. Most of these fitness boot camps are conducted (LIVE) either outdoors / indoors or virtually via Zoom.


The combination of team building, full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts, fitness education and weight loss; is very effective at reducing stress levels, increasing stamina, endurance and productivity.  Boot Camps and training can also increase lean muscle mass, improve  coordination, balance, flexibility, and help in reducing retention around the workplace.


A virtual workout is a viable option when exercising in person (at a gym) with a trainer or taking a group class isn't possible – whether it's because of busy work schedules, family responsibilities, or strict quarantine rules. Online remote / virtual workouts can be just as challenging as working out in person, especially if your instructor / trainer have the skills and personality to keep you motivated. Plus, you can workout pretty much anywhere.  Just schedule your workout times accordingly with your instructor/trainer so you don't miss a beat. because seeing through the lens of the camera has it's advantages. 



With a private link to join, using your iPad, iPhone, laptop or a big screen to view,  you can workout just about anywhere (Gym, Home, Office, Hotel or an Empty Room space). However, if you're in a  gym space with other people,  it's always best to wear a pair of earbuds, There's  nothing  more distracting or annoying than listening to someone else's "unsolicited" audio sounds.  So, being mindful is the key here. We want you to enjoy the live experience of our online virtual workouts.

Yes! In fact, this is a great experience for beginners (just getting started) or those who want to step up their fitness conditioning game. We got you! With the help of skilled instructor-trainers by your side, you can count on us to achieve your fitness goals. 


There's no need to join a gym. You can workout from home, office or just about anywhere. All you need is a few items to get you going (a mat, exercise bands, weights, a medicine ball and or a bench). However, most of these items are optional. Check with your instructor, They should be able to assist you with locating the items needed for your level of participation. 


That would be a big yes!  By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, you can usually expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories during a one hour-long session. 

You can also burn calories doing low-impact exercises. However, you may not burn a many as doing high-impact, but it's just as effective for calorie expenditure and injury prevention.
