A fitness boot camp is the type of exercise that mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Most of these fitness boot camps are conducted (LIVE) either outdoors or indoors via a fitness facility or virtually through an online service such as Zoom/Face Time etc...). These workouts are designed to build strength, endurance and over all core fitness through a variety of challenging exercise routines.
The combination of team building, full-body cardiovascular and strength workouts, fitness education and weight loss is very effective at reducing stress levels, increasing creativity and productivity. Boot Camps can also increase lean muscle mass and improve coordination, balance, flexibility and reduce retention around the workplace.
A virtual workout is a viable option when exercising in person at your gym with a trainer or taking a group class isn't possible – whether it's because of busy work schedules, family responsibilities, or strict quarantine rules. Online remote / virtual works can be just as challenging as working out in person, especially if your instructor / trainer have the skills and personality to keep you motivated and on point. In fact, seeing through the lens of the camera has it's advantages. There's no escaping a wide-eyed view of correcting improper form. This allows us to safely help you make the adjustments needed to prevent injuries from occurring.
When you or your company sign up, you'll get a private link to join. Using your iPad, iPhone, laptop or a big screen to view, you can workout just about anywhere (Gym, Home, Office, Hotel or an Empty Room space. However, it's always best to wear a pair of earbuds, if you're working out in a closed environment near other people. Nothing is more annoying than listening to someone else's (unsolicited) music or audio sounds in a small space. So, being mindful is the key here. We want you to enjoy the live experience of our online virtual workouts and trainings.

There's no need to join a gym. You can workout from home, office or just about anywhere. All you need is a few items to get you going (a mat, exercise bands, weights, a medicine ball and a bench). However, most of these items are optional. Check with your instructor, because they should be able to assist you with locating the items needed for your level of participation.
By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, you can usually expect to burn between 500 to 600 calories during a one hour-long session.
