For those just getting started, this multi level (cross-training) core fit boot camp class is the perfect "Get your body back" starter. For the advanced, this is a great workout to up your fitness game. We will always demonstrate simplified modifications for you to build on while keeping up at your own pace. These classes are also a great way to stay motivated while working from home or at the office.
What you'll need?
A towel & Mat
Water
Exercise bands
3, 5, 10 or 20 pound dumbbell weights (Optional)
A workout bench or Chair (optional)
TRX (Optional)
Other camp activities include (when not in a pandemic): Outdoor interval endurance training, hills, obstacle course drills, cone drills, strength training and flexibility work. We supply all of the equipment needed. Beginners Welcome.
